  • Detail-oriented professionals who ensure brand alignment and compliance.
  • Really good in both English and Polish to communicate effectively with international and local partners.
What skills and experience are crucial for us?
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a brand or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and digital trends.
  • Experience in researching, selecting, and building relationships with influencers.
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for collaborations.
  • Ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analytical mindset to track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.
  • Knowledge of content compliance, brand guidelines, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaign budgets.
