Senior Project Manager - Transformation Project Office – M/F/D

Responsibilities

  1. Delivering results within the change portfolio as assigned to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Ensuring robust project management lifecycle methodology.
  3. Leading the project operating committee, steering committees, and liaising with senior stakeholders / project sponsors.
  4. Being in charge of analysis to assist the senior management in making decisions on strategy and scope of the target solution and budget.
  5. Managing project risks and issues, ensuring proper resolution.
  6. Ensuring deliverables' timely completeness within budget.
  7. Managing the measurement of benefits, project closure, and transition into business as usual.
  8. Aiding in development of the Change and Transformation team including:
    1. Identifying opportunities for the team to assist in other projects.
    2. Contributing to the teams' knowledge capital.
    3. Developing the team's leadership.
    4. Helping the Business Line or Support functions to shape new projects.

Profile required

You will be most successful in the role with:

  1. At least 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
  2. Background in investment banking or financial institutions.
  3. Experience in financial planning and budget management.
  4. Practical knowledge and experience in the waterfall project management approach.
  5. Fluency in English.
  6. Ability to manage multiple and varied projects within various Business Units.
  7. Capacity to drive and accompany change within the company.
  8. Ability to work independently, while being fully in charge of deliverables.
  9. Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  10. A proven sense of proactivity and problem solving.

Nice to have:

  1. French and/or Polish proficiency would be an asset.
  2. Knowledge European Banking regulations.
