GBS Rewards Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Headcount and Labor Cost Planning: headcount planning and labor cost budgeting within corporate planning cycles, monthly headcount and labor cost tracking, and variance explanation;
  • HR Data Preparation: preparation of regular external and internal HR reports (JSOX-reports, Monthly & Annual HR Dashboards);
  • Annual Salary Review and Bonus Calculation: preparation, calculation, and system maintenance;
  • Payroll Validation and JSOX Controls: preparation and validation;
  • Payline Construction and Validation: construction and validation;
  • Reporting Coordination: ensure effective communication with the Finance department to guarantee accurate provision of HR data regarding HC, salary, bonus, and benefits;
  • Job Evaluation: positions assessment based on Hay methodology;
  • Local Compensation and Benefits Policies: initial preparation, distribution, and support to employees with any queries related to these documents.

You as a Person:

  • University degree in economics or finance is preferable;
  • Experience in C&B or HR analytics in a multinational company is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills are essential;
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
