QVC Group Global Business Services center in Cracow is a member of the QVC Group family that offers world-class Finance, HR Services, and Software Engineering to QVC Group team members in Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

HR Services Team Members are the first point of contact for our team members' questions about HR policies and processes, also related to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc. You would also be responsible for guiding our team members through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions, and educating them on the system specifics.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a "can do" attitude
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR or Customer Service will be an asset
  • Want to develop within the field of HR
  • Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and strong working knowledge of MS Office will be a strong asset
  • Experience using Case Management software is an asset
  • Present excellent communication skills, ability to operate in international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude
  • Have the ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Are available to work 15-23
