We are seeking a dedicated Junior HR Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional HR support to our community, business managers, and employees across several European countries.

Your involvement:

  1. Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers, and employees located in several European countries.
  2. Managing employment documentation and data maintenance from hire to retire.
  3. Responding to inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders concerning HR topics such as onboarding, family allowance, salary, etc.
  4. Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information.
  5. Maintaining a high level of data quality to make sure that our employees receive their salary and its components on time.
  6. Performing internal quality controls.
  7. Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving them.
  8. Communicating information regarding company policies to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
  9. Providing on-demand reports.
  10. Updating standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Your background:

  1. You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  2. You are proactive, have analytical skills, and good attention to detail.
  3. You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
  4. You possess Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  5. Experience in SAP, Workday, or ticketing tools is a strong plus.
  6. You have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  7. Your level of business English is fluent.
  8. You have good knowledge of French.
