As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips' Supply Chain. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Enterprise Informatics products for the European market. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find innovative AI-based products and solutions helping us to grant better care for more people. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
- Managing the end-to-end sales order process (from contract intake to revenue), including: order intake, order changes, product information, handling complaints, and after care (return process).
- Processing orders activities with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
- Maintaining good communication with key stakeholders (e.g. Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Factories and other departments within Philips).
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics, or a similar area.
- You have a working knowledge of supply chain/order management.
- You have knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- You have a very good level of English (B2 or higher).
- You are customer-oriented person with good communication skills.
- You are an excellent problem solver with good organization skills.
- You are a team player with pro-active behavior.
Additionally, it will be an advantage If:
- You have knowledge related to medical equipment.
