Responsibilities
  • Drive and support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (including central coordination of benchmark study updates).
  • Drive improvements and initiatives in the area of operational transfer pricing.
  • Drive and support in collecting financial data for operational TP and TP calculations.
  • Prepare and monitor I/C agreements.
  • Support in tax control framework.
  • Create and update TP related calculation models in MerlinXL.
  • Evaluate and analyze international cost allocation methodologies including review of inputs and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Controllers, supply chain and product costing departments.
  • Contribute to the further development, implementation and use of automated tooling in the area of transfer pricing.
  • Support business with transfer pricing tax audits.
Our Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Tax, Finance or Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Tax or finance.
  • Transfer pricing knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP (source system), CFIN and HFM is a plus.
  • Understanding of business models, functions and risk.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills to work closely among various departments and international teams.
  • Ability to communicate information requests and manage deliverables within set timeframe.
