We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our Sales Department in delivering comprehensive customer service and assisting with sales administration processes. If you are well organized, enjoy working with customers, and would like to develop your career in an international environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
- Process and manage customer sales orders from receipt to completion.
- Provide customer support via phone and email to both domestic and international clients.
- Contribute to shipment planning and coordinate order fulfillment activities.
- Prepare commercial and logistics documentation.
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support customer service processes in selected international markets.
- Collaborate with international company subsidiaries and branches.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Spanish or French will be considered a strong advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational abilities and effective prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to develop in an international business environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration will be considered an advantag
