Junior Pricing Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pricing Services: Deliver exceptional service in pricing-related areas, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  2. Administration and Documentation: Process all necessary administration and documentation in your area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentation.
  3. Monthly SLAs: Meet or exceed monthly Service Level Agreement requirements.
  4. Issue Resolution: Demonstrate urgency in resolving issues, escalating them when necessary.
  5. Ad-Hoc Issues: Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies.
  6. Productivity Improvement: Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity.
  7. System Testing: Test systems as needed.
  8. External Project Support: Support external units' projects when required.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Good command of English (additional European language will be an asset).
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  3. Attention to Detail: Details and quality orientation are essential for this role.
  4. Analytical Skills: Previous analytical experience with analysis and problem-solving skills is required.
  5. SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP will be an asset.
  6. Organizational Skills: Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Communication Skills: Good communication and cooperation skills are necessary for success in this role.
