Job Summary

The Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee recognition initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the administration of total rewards programs, ensuring accurate data and timely processing of benefits payments, deductions, and contributions.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data related to compensation, benefits enrollment, and employee recognition programs.
  3. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit payments, deductions, and contributions are processed timely and accurately.
  4. Process and support Pension and Savings Administration processes.
  5. Responsible for data and pay inputs that will feed into Payroll and other downstream systems, including data corrections.
  6. Data error management and resolution between systems to ensure accurate outputs and processing. Provide clear and timely communication to end users and stakeholders.
  7. Partner with external service providers for outsourced health and welfare benefit administration and external enrollment support.
  8. Be the primary point-of-contact for all benefits and compensation inquiries and coordination with Total Rewards vendors and internal teams.
  9. Troubleshoot benefit claim and compensation issues.
  10. Request follow-up and recertifications if needed.
  11. Coordinate with Payroll.
  12. Work collaboratively with the HRBP, Payroll, and HR Operations teams.
  13. Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness across the Total Rewards landscape, including system and process automation opportunities.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  1. Error reporting and resolution experience: As a Total Rewards Coordinator, you will work with various systems and software to manage and administer total rewards programs. The ability to identify and report errors or discrepancies between systems is crucial.
  2. Problem-solving skills: When encountering errors or discrepancies, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, which involve analyzing the situation, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  3. Attention to data integrity: Ensuring data integrity is essential when managing total rewards programs. You should have a keen eye for detail and be committed to maintaining accurate and consistent data across systems.
  4. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems, data management tools, and reporting software is crucial for error reporting and resolution.
  5. Communication and collaboration: Clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders is essential when reporting errors between systems.
  6. Continuous improvement mindset: Strive for continuous improvement in system processes and data management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience supporting Netherlands employees.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on total rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards systems, principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience in knowledge management and case management systems.
  • Proficiency preferred in using HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting.
  • Experience working in Oracle, ADP (Global View) is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in English and Dutch; preferred language capabilities include German, French, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.

This is a hybrid role.
