Transforming clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era requires a deep understanding of organizational change management and learning development.

The CE&L team at Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. drives holistic technology change experiences for employees, and this role offers the opportunity to lead organizational change management planning and adoption of Informatics products and solutions.

This position provides flexibility to work 100% remotely from Poland or Spain.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify training needs, analyze results, and develop new learning programs or modify existing ones to improve their effectiveness.
  2. Partner with Domains, Product Line/Product Leads, and/or change strategy leads to assess training needs and identify specific criteria & content for learning programs.
  3. Manage design, preparation, delivery, and need assessment of IT training programs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  4. Ensure creation, accuracy, and consistency of all related learning content and alignment with communication campaigns, change strategies, and engagement activities.

Training Implementation - Development & Delivery:

  1. Plan, develop, and provide or facilitate training programs, incorporating adult learning theories and expertise, and help determine best delivery modalities, including microlearning, face-to-face events, e-learning, etc.
  2. Develop and organize training materials and content that are easy to understand and relevant to the audience's needs in various formats: visual guides, presentations, videos, etc.
  3. Engage the audience depending on the Change Management strategy (ADKAR, Lewis models) to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  4. Regularly review learning content created to ensure it remains relevant and up to date.
Requirements:
  1. Effectiveness at building relationships, teams, and collaborating with others; ability to inspire, engage, and leverage a diverse workforce.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, presenting complex ideas with clarity and simplicity.
  3. Outstanding project management skills and ability to flex and multitask in a shifting environment.
  4. Expertise in business partnering and consulting to determine client/customer needs and build effective relationships.
  5. Knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies; ability to understand technical jargon and distill into simple user-facing communications & learning.
  6. Knowledge and experience working with Organisational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
  7. Experience in working according to Agile methodologies.
  8. Ability to design and facilitate state-of-the-art adult learning programs.
  9. Skilled in applying and adapting organizational learning models and frameworks.
  10. Experience coordinating and managing a training portfolio and working within Learning Management Systems.
  11. Flexibility to craft a customized learning approach/strategy focused on customers' & end-users' needs.
  12. Proficiency with Google Suite, Cornerstone (LMS), video production, and graphic design software.
  13. English working proficiency.
  14. Master's degree or equivalent education/work experience in a related field.
  15. At least five years of relevant experience as an internal or independent trainer and organizational learning practitioner.
