Requirements

  1. Experience in building and maintaining partnership & trust with clients
  2. Experience in an advertising agency (minimum 4 years)
  3. Experience in planning and execution of digital campaigns, including strategy, creative, owned media (.com, web, app), paid media, and social media
  4. Experience in cooperation with internal departments of strategy, creative, tech, and subcontractors
  5. Proven ability to create pitch documentation, cost estimates, schedules, guides, and creative briefs.
  6. Very good English communicator both verbal and written
  7. Great communication, organizational skills and can-do attitude
  8. Ability to perform high level teamwork while achieving your individual goals
  9. Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  1. Building and maintaining partnerships with the agency's key Clients
  2. Developing and coordinating up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in the digital area of existing clients
  3. Creating and managing cost estimates, schedules, guides, briefs, and presentations
  4. Ensuring the quality and timeliness of implemented projects' outputs
  5. Controlling internal and external costs as well as project settlement
  6. Cooperation with internal departments of the agency and subcontractors
  7. Analyzing competitors' activities and staying updated with trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients
