YOUR ROLE:

As Marketing Junior Manager, you will support the delivery of captivating internal marketing campaigns and be a guardian of our project's brand and values in Capgemini. You will bring strong creativity and messaging skills to support the planning and delivery of high-quality publications, articles, speeches, presentations, social media content, events, and more, proactively seeking out new opportunities to maximize the positive impact of our project's work. Working with the wider Marketing team, you will help protect and enhance the project's reputation, ensuring our stakeholders are engaged and understand our work.

YOUR TASKS:
  • Campaigns management: working with the wider teams to plan, create and implement impactful marketing campaigns throughout the year.
  • Copy writing: drafting clear, concise, and compelling written content for use in print and online publications, speeches, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder management: establish and maintain strong relations with stakeholders (both internally and externally) to proactively identify news, source content and plan activities to maximise impact and ensure the project's priorities are communicated and understood.
  • Line management: of the more junior marketing teams.
  • Management of online social presence: promoting digital channels inside and outside of the organization, developing online presence with engaging content.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Around 6 years of previous experience of working in marketing and/or communications.
  • Project planning and track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding written, editing and presentation skills, including PowerPoint.
  • Experience of producing clear and well-crafted copy for a variety of different audiences and platforms, including on and offline content.
  • Social media savvy, with demonstrable experience in creating and delivering social media strategies.
  • Experience of crisis communications and/or successfully managing sensitive issues.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and business stakeholders alike.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, plan and prioritise workload.
