- Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality
- Managing inbound calls, responding to emails, and handling live chats (primarily email-focused)
- Diagnosing reported problems and proposing effective solutions
- Providing accurate product-related information
- Registering customer requests in internal systems
- Working within operating hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Basic knowledge of household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, TVs)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently with computer tools
- Availability for at least 120 hours per month with flexible scheduling
- Availability to work on-site at the Warsaw office (ul. Wołoska 24)
