Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. Position: Fixed Networks Systems – Summer Trainee

Duration: 3 months

Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz

Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025

Education Recommendations: Telecommunications or related field

Network Service Delivery Center, NI D&O serves Nokia's customers worldwide. Our four networks businesses are enabling a new type of network, converging mobile and fixed broadband access, IP routing and optical networks, with the software and services to optimize network performance. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

  1. Have an opportunity for some hands-on experience and under supervision support real live projects during the course of few months of internships
  2. Get familiar with our Nokia corporate values and our working culture
  3. Learn new skills and contribute to something big
Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  1. Active student status (for at least one year)
  2. Good English, both spoken and written
  3. Academic background in Telecommunication
  4. Theoretical knowledge in networking – FTTH preferable
  5. Good MS Office skills
  6. Database management skills
It would be nice if you also had:
  1. Linux environment knowledge
  2. Experience with programming languages: C++, Python, JavaScript, JAVA
  3. Problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
