Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Operations team ensures the timely and accurate resolution of complex customer inquiries through email and phone support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle omnichannel interactions with professionalism and help improve both internal processes and customer experience.
YOU WILL
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (and occasionally phone).
- Deliver professional and empathetic communication to build positive relationships with customers.
- Investigate loan-related escalations in collaboration with consumers and merchants.
- Participate in training and development programs to expand responsibilities.
- Contribute to team improvement efforts such as coaching and product development insights.
- Manage your own work schedule and communication channels efficiently.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience in omnichannel customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mac (iOS) and Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Candidates should be fluent in any or all of the following languages in addition to English: - Dutch - French - German.
