The Opportunity

The role of the Customer Support Specialist is to set up, maintain, and upgrade payment solutions for our customers.

The Customer Support Specialist takes all customer requests in their scope and configures them within agreed timescales for their needs. Furthermore, the Customer Support Specialist contributes to increasing the quality of service by suggesting improvements to documentation or tools used.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Deal with customer requests from ticketing tools (SalesForce), analyze, and complete them within agreed timescales.
  • Communicate with specialist groups (R&D, support L2, etc.) to carry out trouble-ticket resolution through appropriate configuration.
  • Understand the customer's configuration of payment solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our payment solutions.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Detail-oriented and customer-oriented.
  • First experience in a support team.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic banking/money (would be a plus).
  • Good communicator in English, Polish, and French.
