Job Summary: ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o., a global leader in contingent staffing, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finnish Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to clients across various industries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide first- and second-line support for both B2B and B2C clients, resolving issues via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts.
