Join Our Team as a Customer Advisor (Fluency in Finnish required)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated, fluent Finnish-speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-tier assistance to our valued customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering technical support, resolving contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
