ZTE has sustained its business in Poland for 20 years, building strong relationships with Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, and Play.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, clients, and stores
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand ZTE's sales of Smartphone Business
- Effectively carry out demand collection, industry development foresight, and planning of promotional campaigns
- Oversee the coordination of in-store demonstration products, shorten the sales cycle and improve market share
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from a retailer's perspective and have a deep understanding of the Finnish retail market
- Conduct market competitive analysis and help team leader improve our tactics timely
- Suggest product pricing and product portfolio based on fierce competition
- Over 5 years of full-time experience in a sales role, with strong relationships with distributors and retailers in Poland
- Proven sales record of products on the vendor side (especially in consumer electronics)
- Proficiency in both Polish and English
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills; highly adaptable with excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive team player who actively contributes to discussions and is willing to share experiences and ideas
