Job Title: Customer advisor with Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish for streaming and Broadband provider

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
  • Deliver technical support for the streaming company
  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently
  • Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support
  • Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks, e.g., gathering feedback or late payment calls

Requirements:

  • Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
  • Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish (C1 level), and English (B2)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Administrative and technical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and good listener
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling
