Job Title: Language Support Expert

Job Description:

  • Provide language support services to customers via multiple channels
  • Help customers navigate technical issues related to the streaming provider
  • Efficiently address and resolve contract and billing discrepancies
  • Successfully manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Support both B2B and B2C clients on incoming calls as primary and secondary point of contact
  • Engage in outbound calls for tasks such as gathering customer feedback or addressing late payments

Requirements:

  • Prioritize delivering exceptional service to meet customer needs
  • Advanced fluency in one or more Scandinavian languages (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of business operations and technical concepts
  • A strong ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • A minimum of six months' experience in customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable engaging in soft sales and up-selling
