We are looking for an Analyst with German (Switzerland support) for our JBS business line.Department: Valuation Advisory / SSCOverview

Great opportunity to join our newly established business line in Warsaw (Poland). In this role you will provide support to our Swiss Valuation Advisory team based in Zurich (German speaking) and Geneva (French speaking).

What this job involves:

The Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

  1. The role will provide support to our Swiss Valuation Advisory team.

  2. Preparation of property valuations (portfolio and individual valuations) to be conducted by our valuation experts based in Switzerland.

  3. Collect, record, analyse and prepare documents relevant to the valuations.

  4. Preparation and controlling of the reporting (valuation reports).

  5. Specific areas of research will include but not be limited to recorder data (deeds, etc.), parcel zoning data, real estate market and comparable data.

  6. Database maintenance and data entry.

  7. Planning and coordination of site visit tours.

  8. Support of our valuers with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.

  9. Identify and escalate priority issues.

  10. Will work closely through phone and email correspondence with Swiss team members (mainly German speaking) on project/research status.

Desired skills and experience for this job:

  1. Excellent communication skill is required for the role in both German and English; French skills is a plus.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  3. Previous working experience in the real estate industry will be much appreciated.

  4. Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office range (in particular Excel).

  5. Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders.

  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis.

  7. A very accurate working approach as well as strong analytical skills.

  8. Service orientation and ability to work in a team.
