We're looking for an Accountant to execute the full OTC process, including handling accounting documents, overseeing credit control, and managing cash collection.

Opis stanowiska

  • Execute the full OTC process, including handling accounting documents, overseeing credit control, and managing cash collection
  • Oversee the entire accounts receivable (AR) accounting process for assigned legal entities
  • Carry out monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing tasks, such as finalizing sub-ledger entries, performing reconciliations, conducting aging analysis, and ensuring proper sub-ledger cut-off
  • Preparing regular financial statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors
  • Complying with all financial regulations and standards
  • Resolving any financial discrepancies
  • Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team
  • Process requests for changes in master data
  • Maintain and update internal procedures and documentation, including compliance with internal control standards.

Profil kandydata

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, ideally within an SSC or BPO environment
  • Strong command of English
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • A high level of responsibility, a positive mindset, and a proactive approach
