WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established in Warsaw in 2016 and has since expanded to Manila, Noida, and Mexico City. ADC’s mission is to standardize and accelerate service delivery while supporting Regional Teams in implementing SimCorp solutions for clients worldwide. As an ADC Global Delivery Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of mid-sized projects delivered globally, with a particular focus on upgrade engagements and client onboarding support. You will work closely with Global and Regional teams to ensure the scope, schedule, and direction of each engagement in your portfolio stay aligned with client and stakeholder expectations, while managing ADC resourcing and delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Own a portfolio of mid-size, globally distributed projects, with primary focus on system upgrades and client onboarding delivery
  • Based on scoping documents, develop detailed project plans for ADC deliveries and associated communication documents
  • Manage ADC resources across your portfolio and oversee allocation to project tasks, balancing priorities across concurrent engagements
  • Apply appropriate project management tools and techniques, in line with SimCorp delivery methodology, to track project performance across the portfolio
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify factors that could compromise the success of individual projects or the portfolio as a whole
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, regional Project Sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with regional teams and clients
  • Organize and lead governance meetings to review project and portfolio delivery strategy
  • Ensure a smooth transition of ADC deliverables to clients, particularly at the close of onboarding and upgrade engagements
  • Evaluate portfolio and project progress to determine where strategy or resourcing adjustments are needed
  • Contribute to building up repeatable delivery processes across your portfolio, so that lessons learned on one engagement shorten time-to-value on the next.
