Description

Enterprise Software Solutions Group supports customers' operations across the electricity market, from energy generation, through transmission and distribution to supply.

Join our R&D Team which provides solutions for wholesale electricity trading and markets communications. Our product is a critical part of business infrastructure enabling 24/7 operations.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for understanding the evolving regulations in the electricity markets, assessing the priorities of customer requests and managing day-to-day software delivery. You will be involved in maintaining existing products and developing future solutions based on current needs.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Stakeholders: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Follow the Electricity Market notifications about upcoming changes.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional user-stories for the development team.
  • Develop release plans, assess risks and adapt the plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate the urgency and importance of customer requests, adjust the plans if needed.
  • Facilitate the Team's planning and backlog grooming meetings.
  • Mitigate impediments that impact a successful team completion of the release goals.
  • Update user documentation and create release notes to reflect product changes.

Your background:

  • Minimum of 7 years in roles requiring strong analytical skills and daily interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Energy, Computer Science or an equal field.
  • Passion for learning: Eagerness to gain knowledge in the field of Electricity Markets.
  • Proven track of successful cooperation with self-organized software development teams.
  • Experience in both maintaining existing products and developing new products or features.
  • Ability to analyze data and API specifications; Fluent in both spoken and written English.
