Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on the development and enhancement of the Credit Risk & Customer Groups solution. This project aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of managing credit risk and customer segmentation within the financial sector. You will play a key role in gathering and defining business requirements, working closely with stakeholders from various departments, and ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities You'll Have
  • Actively working together with Product Owner to define features for Credit Risk & Customer Groups solution.
  • Eliciting business requirements with different stakeholders.
  • Reviewing technical design created by the development team.
  • Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement.
  • Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions.
Expected competences and knowledge
  • Experience in Data/IT analysis.
  • Understanding of the concept of data flows.
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional level of English.
  • Strong business and technical background and great data analytical skills.
  • Good requirement (functional and non-functional) management skills including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, and others.
  • Familiarity with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc.).
  • Ownership to create great products by ensuring good quality of requirements.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working and methods (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and creating advanced SQL queries.
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of IBM products - Data Stage, IBM and MDM.
  • Domain knowledge of non-financial risks.
  • Experience with a DevOps mindset.
  • Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML.
  • Practical knowledge of BPMN.
