We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will lead key product initiatives, working closely with designers and developers in product trios. You'll focus on delivering business value through data-driven decisions, customer-focused solutions, and mentoring other Product Managers.

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes through product initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in product discovery, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric product design.
  • Proven track record of collaborating closely with customers, translating their needs into product features.
  • C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities

Product Implementation and Delivery

  • Lead the execution of product initiatives aligned with the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with the product leadership to develop multi-period roadmaps for products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate within product trios to design and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategize a plan for a product or service, including development, packaging, launching, and expanding.

Product Discovery

  • Identify product risks and validate assumptions through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Leverage deep product, customer, and industry knowledge to understand business challenges and market needs.
  • Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features effectively.
  • Analyze customer requirements and gather insights from stakeholders, surveys, and market data.
  • Conduct research on products, services, competitors, and markets to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and communicate product initiatives with management, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze feedback about products or services to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor other Product Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and senior leadership.
  • Communicate product strategy effectively, motivating and inspiring both the product team and company stakeholders.
