YOUR TASKS

Your job would be to answer phone calls from users who are experiencing technical issues, such as not being able to access applications. You will troubleshoot over phone, chat, or e-mail. If you are unable to resolve an issue on your own, you will have a team of colleagues to support you.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to take first steps in IT
  • Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with a team

Nice to have:

  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices, etc.) or a technically oriented mind

Frequently used technologies:

  • Windows Operating System
