The Customer Advocacy team is dedicated to listening to customer voices, especially in challenging situations, and using those insights to improve products and services. As a Customer Experience & Complaints Specialist, you will respond to complex customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure fair resolutions and continuous improvement.

YOU WILL

  • Handle customer complaints submitted directly, providing tailored and thoughtful written responses.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone as needed.
  • Accurately categorize and document complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Compliance, Legal, Risk) to investigate and resolve recurring issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer service tools and internal processes.
  • Stay informed about evolving products, policies, and regulations within the financial services industry.

YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years' experience in operations, customer support, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail and tone.
  • Empathy and resilience when handling difficult interactions.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Candidates should be fluent in any or all of the following languages in addition to English:
    - Dutch
    - French
    - German
