Job Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in the field of purchasing spare parts for repairing smartphones, tablets, smart watches, laptops with suppliers in Europe and China.
  • Experience of working with suppliers of spare parts from China for at least 3 years, including organizing direct deliveries from China.
  • Negotiation experience across the global supplier markets.
  • Experience of working with Apple equipment and suppliers of spare parts for Apple is desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office; must be proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of the global market of suppliers of spare parts for repairing smartphones and other equipment.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of good procurement practices including negotiation, demand management, supplier qualification, sourcing, bidding and contracting, supplier performance management, and risk management.
  • Procurement professional with supply chain knowledge, analytical purchasing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of legal contract requirements.

Certification in procurement or supply management is desirable.

Job Functions
  • Responsible for finding suppliers in Europe and China, analyzing proposals, and selecting the best offers.
  • Responsible for the full cycle of work with suppliers, including mutual settlements, contractual relations, and managing logistics flow (transportation/customs clearance) for spare parts.
  • Provides the best cost, quality, and terms of purchase of spare parts.
  • Identification of the need for spare parts, identifying the correct parts or their substitutes/analogues in collaboration with the repair team and management.
  • Forecasting required spare parts based on production center load, model range, and business needs; preparing procurement plans.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best conditions for the company.
  • Manage warehouse of spare parts (buffer stock, inventory management).
  • Manage the spare parts purchasing budget.
  • Ordering supplies as they are depleted from stock.
  • Ensuring the best cost, quality, and terms for the purchase of spare parts.
  • Communicating with user departments to buy the correct material, quantity at the correct time, and at the total lowest cost without sacrificing quality.
