Keepit is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Global Revenue Operations Team in Krakow, Poland.

We are growing fast as a company and are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. We need to ensure the main platform our sales teams rely on is operating efficiently, allowing them to bring our market-leading solution to more customers. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to become an integral part of our Global Revenue Operations team.

As Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support Keepit's business processes. This role requires a blend of Salesforce administration expertise and advanced development skills, making you a key contributor to our growing Internal Systems team. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and ensure best practices are followed.

Central tasks as Senior Salesforce Developer with Keepit will include:

  • Salesforce Development & Customization: Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Visualforce.
  • System Configuration & Optimization: Improving Salesforce configurations, including automation, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Integration & API Management: Developing and maintaining integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Performance & Automation: Optimizing data structures, triggers, and automation processes to improve system efficiency.
  • Experience Cloud & CPQ Support: Enhancing partner/customer portals via Experience Cloud and support Deal Hub CPQ implementation.
  • DevOps & Best Practices: Implementing version control, deployment pipelines, and automated testing for scalable development.

As Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be joining our Global Team of Revenue Operations in Krakow, Poland. You will report to the Sr. Director of Internal Systems, Alyssa Lefebvre. 1. Salesforce Development Expertise: We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including a deep understanding of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations.

2. System Administration & Security: A strong foundation in Salesforce administration, including configuring security models, workflows, and automation, is essential.

3. Complex Project Experience: Experience working on multi-cloud implementations and integrating external systems is a must.

4. Performance Optimization: The ideal candidate has expertise in optimizing system performance through techniques such as writing efficient SOQL/SOSL queries.

5. Deployment & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools, particularly Gearset, is a strong advantage.

6. Problem-Solving & Communication: A natural problem solver, you should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be able to translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable insights.
