Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland.

The ideal candidate is a person who takes ownership, dives deep into topics, and thinks independently. They should know how to succeed in a startup environment and be always willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a product development roadmap for OpenX's ad exchange data features.
  • Manage products throughout their life cycle.
  • Define experiments to validate the POCs of business problem solutions.
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Build consensus and drive execution.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide source data for product marketing communication by defining communication objectives.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product plans, reports, and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain product and market knowledge base, contributing to the creation of training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in advertising or related industry.
  • Analytic or technical background with a proven ability to work in high-scale data environments.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact product functionality to stakeholder teams. Understanding of relevant issues in ad quality, data, and user privacy.
  • Experience in advertising technology with a broad understanding from publisher through advertiser clients' needs.
  • Experience with external partner management and delivering on contractual agreements.
