Job Description:Business Development Manager is one of the key roles in Sii Competence Centers. First of all, BDM has to create and close the sales process effectively

Your Role:- Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets as well
- Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients
- Promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products
- Co-creating an effective Salesforce sales strategy
- Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client's requests
- Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, etc.)
- Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
- Proven sales experience in a consultative selling approach
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent ability to analyze Customer's needs to create upsell and cross-sell flow
- Willingness to establish stable and satisfactory business relations with Customers and coworkers as well at different levels of the organization, including the Management Board
- Skills in preparing offers and business presentations – you have to believe (and make Customers) in the services you are selling
- Full proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners
- Knowledge of Polish
- Readiness for business trips and owning a driving license
- Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
- Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales)
