About the Job

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Agent (Export Specialist) with English skills to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for logistics issues to customers in the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Manage customers' orders and assist in providing current shipping status on existing orders.
  • Process export documentation.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the best solution.
  • Ensure quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Arrange cargo pick-up/transfer with logistics providers.
  • Collaborate with customers, financial department, logistics department, and dealer managers regarding order and shipment conditions to the MEA region.
  • Improve service level for MEA customers by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in international trade (Payment conditions, Incoterms, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Customer service orientation and good communication skills.
  • Quality focus and problem-solving skills.
