Freelance Customer Service Agent with English Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Customer Service Agent with English skills to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. This includes resolving customer complaints, answering queries, and implementing solutions to meet customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (C1);
  • Experience in sales is desirable but not essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
