About the Role:

Join our team as an IT Business Analyst to support and execute the Haleon strategy for Enterprise Laboratory applications, including StarLIMS across the Haleon supply chain network. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Facilitate discussions and negotiations to ensure stakeholder needs are met and projects stay on track.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment and progress on projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve problems and find solutions.
  • Support in managing and coordinating projects, including preparing project plans, summarizing requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring they are assigned, tracked, and completed as needed.
  • Prepare and share detailed documentation, including project summaries, deliverables, and task completion and testing statistics.
  • Ensure all relevant information is documented and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure tasks are clearly defined and assigned, and follow up on progress to ensure timely completion.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in Agile Ways of Working, utilizing tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • IT background necessary to quickly triage problems and propose solutions working with technical teams.
  • Understanding of product-specific business processes to cooperate with business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to work in a complex global application environment.
  • Knowledge or experience of laboratory processes and/or applications associated with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in consulting application roadmaps with stakeholders to deliver valuable and innovative solutions.
  • Proactive, accountable, and self-directed with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly.
  • Experience in leading delivery of system changes as per the delivery framework.
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as ALM (Application Lifecycle Management tool) or similar for testing and quality assurance is highly preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and ensure smooth response to incoming demands.
  • Experience in coordinating and sharing experience with other team members and in cross-functional engagements, using tools such as Confluence.
