responsibilities :
Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain applications, macros, and other automation solutions to streamline business processes
Problem Solving: Collaborate with process managers to identify and resolve automation-related issues
Infrastructure Expansion: Maintain and expand our RPA infrastructure, spearheading internal initiatives and working with external suppliers to implement solutions
Technical Partnership: Act as a technical partner to business users, assisting them in creating optimization concepts tailored to their needs
Application Testing: Oversee the testing process for delivered applications to ensure quality and functionality
Documentation: Produce clear, detailed, and accurate documentation to support robust RPA solutions
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and incident management for live automations, including root cause analysis and preventive measures
Integration: Collaborate with other developers to integrate RPA solutions into the broader ecosystem of back-end business applications and digital services

requirements-expected :
Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role
Knowledge of one of the following programs: UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, VBA, and REST API
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and deliver solutions that meet business requirements
Experience with maintenance and incident management of automated systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a technical advisor to business users
Knowledge of integration techniques and experience working with backend business applications
An advantage would be knowledge of virtualization and experience working in multiple environments and infrastructures
