About the job
As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be a part of Falck's Digital Technology RPA CoE named Strategic Automation. You will be responsible for automating the largest and most complex processes across all Falck business units, globally.
Falck's Strategic Automation department currently consists of 20 employees and is part of the Data function, which consists of dedicated specialists with various skills in Data Engineering, Integrations, Power Platform, RPA and Master Data.
We have an informal tone, a strong team spirit and good cross-functional cooperation. We are physically located in Copenhagen (Denmark), Warsaw (Poland) and Medellin (Colombia), where there may be travel activity between the locations, so you can get closer to your colleagues and business partners.
You will quickly get a great deal of responsibility in delivering complex projects from our RPA pipeline, and you will be specializing in developing exciting automations when working closely with RPA Business Analysts and always counting on support of Technical Lead and Head of RPA, with initiatives at tactical and operational level that can reach across Falck's entire organization.
As a Center of Excellence, we have ambitions to always use the most technically advanced solutions including the delivery of intelligent automations and, as we are deeply committed to UiPath and MS Power Platform, we have a strong interest in keeping up with new products and releases.

About you
An experienced, well-organized RPA developer with strong technical background, great drive and commitment
You have 3-5 years of experience in developing RPA processes using UiPath and/or Power Platform.
You are ambitious, and what drives you is to show measurable results and create realizable savings through automation - together with the team.
You focus on delivering efficient, scalable automated solutions and making sure they are reliable and easy to maintain.
You develop robots to achieve the business goals set for the project with enthusiasm and aim that your solutions meet or even exceed the business expectations.
Therefore, you need to possess most of the following characteristics:
Technical:
Hands-on, 3+ years of UiPath Studio experience developing complex automations that leveraged most of the following features: SQL queries, APIs, GIT repository, regular expressions, OCR, Document Understanding
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification – more than welcome
Experience with MS Power Platform, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure DevOps, UiPath Automation Cloud
Technical knowledge of a scripting language or other relevant technology in integrations and infrastructure
General:
A relevant higher education
Interested in learning new technologies and curious about new UiPath and Microsoft products
Ability to work independently in a well-organized manner
Familiarity with agile project management and Scrum framework
Thriving with clear areas of responsibility and demonstrating successful deliveries with measurable results and satisfied stakeholders
Experience working with many internal and external stakeholders in an organization where your work has a lot of attention from management
Fluent in English – able to communicate complex messages in a simple way - both orally and in writing
A team player in the sense of respecting and helping each other.
