Doświadczenie w pracy z metodykami Agile
Doskonałe zrozumienie nowoczesnego stacku technologicznego i cyklu rozwoju oprogramowania
Analityczne myślenie i nastawienie na produkt
Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i rozwiązywania problemów
Pozytywne podejście do wyzwań - nastawienie "can-do"
Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (minimum C1) oraz polskiego

ZADANIA
Kierowanie procesem rozwoju produktu z obszaru iGaming - wzięcie pełnej odpowiedzialności za produkt.
Definiowanie i zarządzanie wizją produktu, strategią oraz roadmapą (zarówno krótko-, jak i długoterminową).
Ścisła współpraca z klientem w celu zrozumienia jego potrzeb i przekształcenia ich w konkretne rozwiązania.
Określenie celów i metryk sukcesu, monitorowanie i analiza wyników, odpowiedzialność za osiągnięte rezultaty.
Prowadzenie i motywowanie zespołu do osiągnięcia wyznaczonych celów biznesowych.
Współpraca z zespołami cross-funkcjonalnymi w celu zapewnienia udanego wdrożenia i rozwoju produktu.
Analiza danych, konkurencji, trendów i wymagań.
Przeprowadzanie testów, badań i eksperymentów w celu zrozumienia potrzeb klientów i podejmowania świadomych decyzji produktowych.
Prowadzenie warsztatów i discovery z potencjalnymi klientami firmy.
