Your responsibilities, Evaluating and analyzing business processes to determine their suitability for automation using RPA and to identify automation opportunities;, Assessing the feasibility and complexity of processes to identify automation opportunities;, Hands-on design, development, testing, and support of RPA solutions;, Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirements necessary for successful automation implementation;, Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the automated solutions and processes;, Communicating project risks, issues, and change inputs effectively to relevant stakeholders;, Working closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new automated solutions with existing systems and processes;, Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation processes to ensure continuous efficiency;, Participating in training and skill development programs to enhance automation development knowledge and expertise.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;, University degree in IT development related discipline;, Solid experience in RPA technologies, tools, and frameworks;, Strong process-minded thinking and analytical skills,, Strong problem-solving skills (ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve);, Experience in working with virtual and dispersed teams;, Experience with software development, programming, specifically with RPA tools;, Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere);, Basic understanding of Agile Project Management Frameworks (Scrum / DSDM / Xp);, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;, Good communication and teamwork abilities;, Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies;, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ;, Fluency in English.
Optional, Familiarity with Oracle MOM, Fusion ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 2012 ERP is an advantage.
