Responsibilities

Processing sales invoices in financial systems
Maintaining balance sheet movements related to sales transactions
Import bank statements into the ERP system and settle transactions
Working closely with the controlling department on IT project balances
Posting of travel expenses costs and being a part of the automation process in this area
Supporting and substituting Chief Accountant in business-critical processes (tax returns, monthly and annual closings, audits)
Compiling ad hoc reports in your field of responsibility

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in accounting
Fluent English language skills
Good German (B1 or higher) language skills
University degree in the field of Finance, Economics or similar
Ability to understand basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement)
High level of attention to detail, accurate work style and adherence to deadlines
Forward-looking, proactive attitude
Potential and interest in increasing responsibility in the long run
Good communication skills
IFRS experience

Considered As An Advantage

Work experience with FitekIn, MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365
German GAAP experience
Experience in project accounting in an international environment
