About the project First Line Analysts, or Service Desk Support Agents, as members of the front-line customer service team, find the best and easiest solution to user problems.
This entry-level position is a perfect fit for you if you are a junior or early in your career and want to get involved in an international environment.
During the first 6 months, the contractor develops under the guidance of a team leader, expands his IT knowledge, and gains experience in working with business clients.
Your responsibilities Use and improve your language skills by daily work in German and English
Communicate with an international customer via telephone and e-mail
Have daily chats in German and English
Learn a lot and develop your professional profile
Gain some IT knowledge
Participate in trainings and talent programs
Have a stable workplace with flexible scheduling
Work in a safe and friendly atmosphere, where people matter
Our requirements You speak German (B2) and English fluently (B2)
You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
You have first experience in IT customer service
You have MS Office skills
Nice to have experience on the first line of technical support

Możecie się Państwo z nami skontaktować pod adresem e-mail : Pana/Pani dane przetwarzane będą na podstawie wyrażonej przez Panią/Pana zgody, oraz na podstawie art. 221 k.p. w celu rekrutacji prowadzonej przez Administratora, oraz dla celów realizacji przyszłych projektów rekrutacyjnych.b/ Pani/Pana dane będą ujawniane odbiorcom :- świadczącym usługi w zakresie udostępnianie elektronicznych platform rekrutacyjnych.- świadczącym usługi w zakresie obsługi, serwisu i zarządzania siecią IT i urządzeniami końcowymi,- świadczącym usługę wsparcia technicznego dla aplikacji w których przetwarzane są dane osobowe,- podmiotom powiązanym z Administratorem kapitałowo i osobowo,- klientom Administratora Danych (potencjalnym pracodawcom).c/ Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane do dnia 25 maja 2028 roku.d /Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do Pani/Pana danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz prawo do przenoszenia danych do innego administratora. Pani/Pana żądania mogą być kierowane na wyżej wymieniony adres e-mailowy, bądź mogą być składane osobiście pod wskazany wyżej adres korespondencyjny. Żądanie usunięcia danych, będzie równoznaczne z rezygnacją z uczestnictwa w projektach rekrutacyjnych realizowanych przez Diverse CG Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k.e/ W każdym czasie przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do cofnięcia zgody na dalsze przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych. Dyspozycję cofnięcia zgody należy przesłać drogą elektroniczną na wskazany wyżej adres e-mail, albo złożyć ją bezpośrednio pod wskazanym wyżej adresem korespondencyjnym. W przypadku cofnięcia zgody, przetwarzanie danych dokonywane przed złożeniem oświadczenia, będzie w pełni legalne.f/ Podanie danych osobowych w zakresie opisanym w art. 221 k.p. jest obowiązkowe, w pozostałym zakresie jest dobrowolne, i stanowi warunek konieczny do wzięcia udziału w procesach rekrutacyjnych prowadzonych przez Administratora Danych. Brak podania danych osobowych uniemożliwia wzięcie udziału w procesach rekrutacyjnych prowadzonych przez Administratora.g/ Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia skargi do Organu Nadzorczego sprawującego kontrolę nad legalnością i prawidłowością przetwarzania danych osobowych.h/ Pani/Pana dane nie będą przekazywane do krajów spoza obszaru UE oraz do organizacji międzynarodowychi/ wobec Pani/Pana danych osobowych nie będą podejmowane zautomatyzowane decyzje (decyzje bez udziału człowieka), nie będą też one podlegały profilowaniu.
