Twój zakres obowiązków, Kompleksowa obsługa sprzętu IT oraz sprzętu peryferyjnego pracowników wewnętrznych, Pełne wsparcie użytkowników w lokalizacji firmy, Rejestrowanie oraz monitorowanie zgłoszeń zarejestrowanych w systemie ticketowym, Zarządzanie urządzeniami (ewidencjonowanie, wydawanie, odbiór, przygotowanie do likwidacji itp.)
Minimum rok doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku, Dobra znajomość infrastruktury IT, Dobra znajomość oprogramowania Microsoft (Windows 10, Office 365), Linux, Znajomość protokołów sieci LAN, WLAN oraz umiejętność konfiguracji urządzeń aktywnych, Umiejętność efektywnej pracy i ustalania priorytetów w nagłych sytuacjach zawodowych, Język angielski na poziomie minimum B2
