About the project As a Service Engineer, you will be working in an operations team to support our operations teams in Munich. You will be supporting mission-critical applications and the infrastructure of our global enterprise customers.
Your responsibilities Handle Incidents and Changes of 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructure
Work with 3rd-level teams to solve incidents
Analyze and troubleshoot incidents by using monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.
Implement change tasks according to the given runbooks
Our requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering
About 3 years of experience in a similar position
Thorough knowledge of Linux
Experience with Docker/Podman
Good networking know-how: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS
Basic experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Kibana/ELK Stack
Basic SQL knowledge
Basic experience with AWS (EKS, ECR, IAM, RDS)
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Fluency in English
Team player with good communication skills
Optional Experience with Java-based applications
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
ArgoCD
Kubernetes
Knowledge of the German language
