Large Scale Renewable Project Manager / Kierownik Projektów Wielkoskalowych Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Twój zakres obowiązków Rozwój projektów instalacji wytwórczych energii odnawialnej przy projekcie powyżej 300 MW z uzyskanymi warunkami przyłączenia
Samodzielne kierowanie rozwojem projektów wiatrowych i fotowoltaicznych
Budowanie harmonogramu i budżetu realizacji projektu oraz ich wykonanie zgodnie z założeniami
Koordynacja pracami zespołów deweloperskich (wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych)
Nadzór nad wszystkimi wymaganymi badaniami w celu uzyskanie decyzji administracyjnych (w tym badania oceny wpływu na środowisko, badania produktywności, badania geologiczne)
Raportowanie za pomocą wymaganych narzędzi zarządzania projektami
Uczestnictwo w lokalnych wydarzeniach związanych z projektem w celu budowania relacji (z władzami gmin, mieszkańcami, podwykonawcami)
Identyfikacja właścicieli gruntów i koordynacja podpisywania umów dzierżawy w razie potrzeby
Współpraca z zespołem inżynierskim w celu zapewnienia odpowiedniej jakości projektów budowlanych
Uczestnictwo w zespole realizacyjnym oraz w procesie finansowania wraz z dostarczaniem odpowiedniej dokumentacji
Wsparcie w analizie projektów do akwizycji
Aktywne uczestnictwo w budowaniu wartości portfela projektów Qair Polska
Nasze wymagania Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
Doświadczenie w branży energetycznej w tym energetyce odnawialnej
Umiejętność motywowania i koordynacji zespołów (w projekcie)
Świadomość finansowa i techniczna
Silne zorientowanie na realizację wyznaczonych celów
Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
Zdolności negocjacyjne, kreatywność i opanowanie
Umiejętności organizacyjne i analityczne
Dobra znajomość Microsoft Project i budowania harmonogramów
Dobra znajomość AutoCAD i umiejętność czytania rysunków technicznych
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1
