about-project :
Zatrudniona osoba dołączy do zespołu CIO Advisory w ramach działu Digital Transformation, który zajmuje się doradztwem strategicznym i operacyjnym dla funkcji IT. Konsultanci działu wspierają Klientów począwszy od budowy strategii rozwoju obszaru IT, poprzez rozwiązywanie wyzwań związanych z transformacją cyfrową przedsiębiorstw, aż do wsparcia wdrożeń nowych systemów informatycznych oraz migracji do chmury.

responsibilities :
tworzenie strategii transformacji cyfrowej, z nakierowaniem na obszar technologiczny
zarządzanie programami transformacji cyfrowej oraz projektami wdrożeniowymi
projektowanie docelowej architektury systemów, w tym rozwiązań chmurowych
analiza projektów biznesowych i technologicznych klienta pod kątem wykonalności
projektowanie modeli operacyjnych i struktur organizacyjnych IT w oparciu o dobre praktyki i nowoczesne trendy
tworzenie oraz prezentowanie dokumentacji wdrażanych rozwiązań oraz modeli procesów biznesowych
prowadzenie przeglądów i audytów projektowych w odniesieniu do wymagań i metodyk zarządzania pracami projektowymi
wsparcie rozwoju produktów i usług doradczych z obszaru transformacji cyfrowej

requirements-expected :
min 5-7 lat doświadczenia zawodowego – wymagane doświadczenie zawodowe w firmach doradczych świadczących usługi dla przedsiębiorstw
doświadczenie w udziale w złożonych projektach transformacji cyfrowej w tym m.in. migracja do chmury, definiowania modelu operacyjnego i świadczenia usług IT
wykształcenie wyższe – preferowane: informatyka, kierunki biznesowe
potwierdzone doświadczenie w projektach implementacji systemów klasy enterprise oraz znajomość rozwiązań w domenach takich jak CRM, HR, billing
znajomość koncepcji architektury korporacyjnej (np. w oparciu o TOGAF, notacji ArchiMate)
doświadczenie w dostarczaniu produktów projektowych oraz umiejętność pracy w zwinnych zespołach
znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w międzynarodowym środowisku
łatwość pracy w grupie oraz porozumiewania się z innymi w skuteczny i przyjazny sposób
