Lead technical deployment excellence in SuccessFactors, including configuration, maintenance, and documentation.
Advise product owners on technical deployment orientations and possibilities.
Influence design decisions based on SuccessFactors best practices.
Conduct technology watch on HR Tech and IT innovation topics.
Manage a team of technical consultants.
Work in an agile manner on support maintenance and project deployment.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS topics.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and its modules.
Proven experience in various HRIS implementation projects (SuccessFactors).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong team and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in English.
