Working in Mobile Platform teams includes developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to enhance our customer relationships; building and improving the underlying technology and security platforms; and innovating our propositions to compete effectively in a mobile, data-driven world. You will be part of a cross functional team growing our digital capabilities. Driving innovation, delivering products in ever shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices.
responsibilities :
Provide delivery management for the global Mobile Platform program.
Facilitate and participate in key Agile ceremonies across Scrum teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Coach and mentor team members, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive team environment.
Drive the development and delivery of product roadmaps in collaboration with Digital Product Teams.
Identify and establish team structures that align with agreed roadmaps to enable efficient delivery.
Manage large and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective planning, governance, and reporting.
Create, track, and report on project timelines, budgets, backlogs, velocity, and quality, managing issues and risks proactively.
Ensure adherence to governance procedures and contribute significantly to process improvements.
Facilitate and chair regular project meetings to document, assign, monitor, and manage project issues and risks, minimizing their impact.
Engage and collaborate with business units, internal IT, and other teams throughout the program lifecycle.
Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to benefit the projects and programs.
Consider risk implications in all decisions and activities, leveraging business knowledge to drive improvements.
Ensure efficient problem management and escalation with minimal disruption to the business.
Adopt and share standards, tools, and best practices for cost, quality, and productivity improvement.
Maintain exposure and develop knowledge in new techniques, products, services, technologies, and standards.
requirements-expected :
Extensive experience across the entire project lifecycle, with strong project management skills in initiation, analysis, design, testing, and transition.
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile SCRUM, or equivalent proven experience.
Proven track record of delivering programs and projects using agile methodologies in a complex, multinational corporate environment.
Experience in Delivery Management or IT Program Management, particularly in delivering large-scale programs (exceeding USD 10 million) with a focus on mobile and digital experience delivery.
University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage matrix project teams regionally and globally, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commercial acumen with strong risk management and mitigation skills.
Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Experience managing change management projects and teams within tier-one financial services organizations.
Familiarity with banking standards and a good understanding of IT systems, with exposure to modern digital technologies, especially mobile apps and mobile architecture, being advantageous.
