Develop financial planning & analysis to help Segment & Clusters frame, monitor and achieve their business objectives
Reinforce Segment & Clusters decision making by bringing the relevant strategic, financial & business perspectives
Promote and drive value creation initiatives across the different functions
Ensure fair allocation of financial resources between business stakeholders
Set up a transparent business environment, in compliance with internal & external financial standards & procedures

Responsibilities:
Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to end-users and customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person;
Install and configure hardware and software;
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime;
Prioritize and resolving service requests and incidents efficiently in a ticketing system meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
Support the employee onboarding and off-boarding processes;
Maintaining and tracking of IT assets;
Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base;
Proactively monitor network and system performance, identifying potential problems and implementing preventive measures;
Collaborate with other IT teams and specialists to tackle technical problems and projects;
Assist in important meetings (PC, Audio Video setups) as needed;
Adhere to security and compliance protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with regulations;
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and systems;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT support and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:
Around 2 years of experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar position;
Languages: English min. B1 and Polish min. C1;
Ability to provide technical support and resolve IT issues;
Knowledge of M365 applications and services;
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks;
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support;
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed;
Open and helpful attitude;
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Used to work independently and in the team.
